Have been driving for a few hours and making good time despite a light and occasional gusty wind. Ken is managing well with the driving and says we are less than a hundred miles from our destination. Nothing much to see along the route except to note a few big trucks hauling logs.

Ken and I travel full-time in our motor coach throughout the United States. We have traveled along the Gulf of Mexico down to Key West and from Key West north along the East Coast all the way to Bar Harbor, Maine. We spent seven months in Southwest Texas right on the Rio Grande and from there we traveled to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon before heading back to our home state of Missouri. After a brief visit with family and friends we headed back to Florida and then we volunteered at the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge in Southeast Georgia. The story didn’t end there because as of this writing we have visited all except three states. We went to Glacier National Park, Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and Death Valley National Park. We have continued our volunteer service by adding another winter at Okefenokee, a short stint at Bon Secour, and a winter at A.R.M. Loxahatchee NWR. Summer 2020 finds us in the Missouri Ozarks and we are still loving life. We have much more in store, so please stay tuned as we continue to travel across this beautiful country of ours!

Maybe not much to see, but the weather surely looks much warmer than here.
