Recap of The Day

After lunch at Lucy Buffet’s (LuLu’s At Homeport Marina) we drove out and took a self-guided tour of Fort Morgan, which sits on a strip of land with the Gulf on either side. It is an interesting and scenic piece of history that dates back to the 1800’s. We also used the selfie stick for some “us” photos that we hope you enjoy. And, last but not least, we came “home” to the RV for some R&R and were chased inside by a little Gulf rain shower. Hope you are warm and happy wherever you are reading this blog.

  2. Did you say you will be in Grayton Beach on Friday, Feb 27? I dont know if you watch The Food Network or Cooking Channel but Emeril LaGrasse will be at Modica’s Market in Seaside Friday, the 27th from 3:30-4:30pm. We have always hoped we would see him in the area sometime as he lives there. You need to go to Seaside anyway – its the neatest town and is very close to Grayton. We stayed at Watercolor which is next to Seaside – also worth checking out. I think you will love it along 30A, so much to see and do. Its going to be pretty cool there this week – we lucked out – the past week was beautiful! Happy Travels! 🚐💨
